I personally have never seen anything like them before. They were grouped together on the side of the house.
Leaf footed nymphs - (some examples below, there is a lot)
Leptoglossus zonatus (Dallas)
Leptoglossus clypealis
Leptoglossus phyllopus
(Linnaeus)
(depending on where they were phtotgraphed)

Leptoglossus is a genus of true bugs in the leaf-footed bug family and the tribe Anisoscelini.
Species are distributed throughout the Americas, with some records in eastern & southern Asia and Europe.
Several species are economic pests of agricultural crops.
Seeds especially are their favorite food. (Think expensive taste, almonds, pistachios, etc.)

They are commonly confused for a cooler bug, the Assassin bug from the family Reduviidae.
Which is actually a GOOD bug and helps out gardeners and farmers.
Plus how could you not be cool with that name. Lol.

But your little guys are pretty pest'y.
Happy to help, great pic to go off, nice and clear was an easy ID, so thanks for a good pic!:cool:
