I found 2 of these on double sided carpet tape and 3 in my glue traps/monitor boards and am wondering what the hell are these things???????????????? My location is Canada and it is the dead middle of winter right now.

Looks like the common striped woodlice ( Philoscia muscorum).

What a cute woodlouse! I used to breed those :) They've just come in from the cold. We get them in our mops and stuff in winter. They like the damp and dark.

Looks like some kind of sow bug to me. Used to have them in our basement most of the year especially around the plumbing clean-out in the basement floor. Its pretty humid there usually.

So if I was having a plumbing leak coming through the roof and my caretaker ripped out half of my bathroom roof and the leak has since stopped I'm guessing that is most likely where they are coming from?? Funny you mention the basement floor because this is a basement apartment. Im guessing the reason there is here is because the pipes are now dry???

I just though of this but would a rose hair, a. seemani, or emp scorpion take these things as food if I see anymore before they get to the glue traps?? I dont want to give them any that have glue on their feet.
Maybe I just found a free food source for them{D

Isopods or sow bugs will live in harmony with millipedes keeping the substrate fresh. Don't know if T's will eat them or not. They are not very large but slings may like them.
