They originally made a long comment about how they thought their jumper died while molting, so they took them out of the enclosure but than it started moving, and they didn’t know what to do. So I’m assuming by the new comment, all is well and it molted and is now ok.

I didn't see that. only what exists now, so your post didn't make sense.

It's a valid concern, I shone a light on a molting Pardosa sp and it jolted and ended up dying in molt.

I did not see the post before it was edited so it was confusing but glad to hear everything turned out ok.

And the Option A, B and C is to wait.
Spiders don't have to work in their molting game, keepers need to chill out (i take this way to early createf Post AS a prime example...)

as I deleted my original thread, some infos are lacking
i had been waiting for around 24 hours for a 4th instar jumper to molt
hadn't seen any progress for 6h, thought it was over for her
so i proceeded to remove it from the enclosure and saw some movements
my dilemma was wether to help it molt (as I wasn't sure if it was stuck or not) or to leave it be
since I didn't know if it was stuck, I decided to leave it alove
to my surprise, it managed to molt ok
I never disturbed any of my spiders molting ever before and I would never do so without a reason, such as a believed death
