I stopped by a new arts and crafts store (new to my city) yesterday called A.C. Moore and found these display cubes that are intended for beanie babies. I typically buy smaller display cubes at Micahel's, but I haven't been able to find any this big and for this price.

I got a few of each kind (one has more floor space than height and the other the opposite) and found them to be perfect for my juveniles and/or dwarf species.

The dimensions are 4" x 4" x 8" and are $2 each.

Wow! Those are great! I have a couple that are like the taller ones. I'd love to find some of the ones that have more floor space. I have some 2" t's that are outgrowing their containers quickly. I have been looking for something else for them, but I think I'm just too picky.

Nice find Becca. How well does the lid fit on the bigger model? I have several of the smaller model you have. A few weeks ago I had a G.aureo sling push the lid off one of the smaller exact container you have, thats why i ask about the lid.

I've found that I have to "test" the lids each time I put them back on to make sure they are snug. If it doesn't fit very tightly, I rotate it (the lid) 180 degrees (for the non-square ones) and it usually fits better.

I used to do the same thing, and it worked great....until my Genticulata decided she wanted to "pop" the top and go for a cruise
... I suggest a rubberband or the sealing device described in a previous post...
But they are fantastic cases
