Hello,
My wild-caught Habronattus jumper disappeared for a few days; I thought she managed to find a way out of the enclosure. This morning, my boyfriend found her roaming around the enclosure. This afternoon, completely gone again.
We found three “clumps” of coconut fiber substrate while poking around. It looks like there may possibly be eggs attached, but I’m not sure. They look like little opaque spheres. We moved them into a tupperware to be safe, and then she magically appeared out of one of them. Are these spiders known to burrow for any reason?
