A friend sent me the picture asking what it was, says it was found in North America, where exactly i'm not sure, he didnt find it just heard about it.

the picture is faked, the object in the picture is nothing more than a model of a prehistoric amphibian called diplocaulus, which was a real animal at one time, but went extinct during the permian i believe, the picture was made by a japanese model maker
