Diet for a MHC?

I'm going to be getting 2 (maybe 3) male hissers in February. I've done some research and decided on using lettuce, carrots, maybe apple slices, and some form of kibble.Though I do have a couple questions;
Would you say this diet is acceptable for them? I want to make sure it has all the right components and such.
What kibble would you recommend? I've seen ferret, dog, rat, and cat kibble.
How many of each should be fed every couple of days? ie; 2 carrots, 3 lettuce and 10 kibble.
Sorry if that seems like a lot but literally nothing I found would answer

You can feed them all kinds of things.
I give mine fish pellets and carrots as their primary diet. They breed and seem to do great with nothing else. Though, they seem to really like bananas and cantaloupe, it's something i don't put in the bins that often because of the moisture.
Whatever you give them, it's best to only provide it in amounts they can easily finish in a few days.

I feed mine dog food and they seem to love it you can use all kinds of things I’ve even used chicken pellets
and they love all sorts of vegetables although mine love lettuce the most

A few. Lol

Don't overthink it. As long as you're feeding them, they won't starve. Just get two little dishes and put in what they can eat in two or three days. When it's gone, give em some more. If you are only getting two or three of them, it's probably only going to be like one carrot stick/baby carrot and a spoon full of kibble/pellets. You just don't want things to mold or get nasty so see what they eat and adjust your amounts. I like giving mine water crystals once a week or so but it's not really necessary if they always have veggies.
