Dessicata molts- What to look for?!

Ive had this deformed matis for a while now, been finger feeding it due to the fact it can't feed itself. Ive just gone to get it to feed it some mushy meal worm and it was hanging upside down by one leg, ive got it out of the tank and its really stiff by one leg is still moving. Is it molting? Dying?

It sounds like it is dying to me. If it is not able to hold itself to the top of the cage and hang upsidedown, it will not be able to molt, so it is as good as dead. Sorry.
