Damaged roach

I recently got this little guy from a reptile show in Conroe, TX, and received him like this. Will this go away during his next molting, or is he sick and do I need to quarantine him from the others? All my roaches are pets. Thanks!

If i had to guess, I'd say he got nibbled on directly following a molt. no way to be sure. I don't think he needs to be quarantined but keep an eye on him. Just my two cents
