The guy I got her from had her labelled as "Haplopelma sp. Vietnam (Haplopelma doriae)". I am sure that this as-yet-undescribed ornithoctonine species from Borneo with the characteristic orange fringe does not occur in Vietnam, so probably just a mislabelling. Haplopelma doriae is the type species of the genus Haplopelma (and yet apparently very obscure), but I'll take Soren Rafn's word for it that this particular Bornean spider has nothing to do with H. doriae.

A very nice spider; I'll get better shots once she's settled in :)

Also kalimantan orange fringe or Borneo orange fringe or cyriopagopus doriae. Others still being sold under haplopelma doriae. I have 3 of these now. I'm about 100% positive they are all the same species unless they are being sold misidentified.
