A pet store near where I work is selling a Curly Hair!
It is adorable but... I realize I know nothing about them.
I would like some advice of these Tarantulas and their behavior.

I have 3.

Fairly fast growers my first 2 were slings around 1/2” in December I believe and now they’re about 2 1/2” or so.
For the most part they are calm. One of mine hides when I open the lid and the other one does a quick few steps then just sits there.
I would have one side moist, they seem to do better with some moisture. Make sure they have some depth to the substrate so they can dig.

In conclusion
-Fairly fast growers
-Good at room temp(mid/low70s)
- skittish when small around 2-3” over they start to calm down
- enjoy some moisture
- will burrow
- I’d say max about 6” but not 100% sure
- life span again not 100% but 20years shouldn’t be out of the picture since they’re brachypelma
- good eaters

Hope I helped and didn’t leave anything out

House it in a container wit 2-4 times its leg span in each direction for floorspace, and fill with several inches of substrate until the top of the substrate to the lid is no more than 1.5 times the legspan. Put a water dish (no need for sponge, rocks, or any other objects) in the enclosure as well as a slab of half buried cork bark or other hide. Larger specimen can be kept on dry substrate but prefer it to be partially damp (not soggy). Feed about 1 time per week.

If it is a Nicaraguan (probably) then it might be a little bit nervous/jumpy compared to a lot older info you might find on the internet.

How do i keep the cage moist without getting mold?
Lots of ventalation, springtails, letting the enclosure dry out periodically, and making sure to remove leftover food when you see it will all help.

As a side note: Mold isn't a big deal and if you go through the threads in the tarantula discussions forum fou can find a nice writup about mold written by @boina today.

Mold I’m my opinion is from not enough airflow or from drenching the substrate.
Just wet it then let it dry and repeat.

these guys will borrow so make sure the hide doesn't have a bottom like a flower pot wouldn't be ideal I bet it could manage seen some kept like that. same terrestrial rules 1.5(dls) = vertical height. like all Ts you should keep a water dish. I dont recommend pet store Ts especially if you a beginner cause often they will come in poor health/condition but 100% never listen to what an employee has to say unless they personally have good experience. I always see people do this: dont use heat mats, heat lamps or heat rocks. brachypelmas are in general relatively slow growing species though I heard vegans grow fast-it if you want a fast growing species get an LP but I bet the albo will be quite large already.
Honestly i'd buy a T online I never wanted to buy from petsore cause I know they mistreat Ts and stuff but when going for supplies I found a poorly kept avic and my emotion overtook me. a good way to tell a proper enclosure is a formula I use
SurfaceArea - (2 to 3)(DLS^2) >= 0 some people go bigger I dont think Ts use more space than that though

springtails, letting the enclosure dry out periodically,
That's an either - or. Either you get springtails OR you let the enclosure dry out periodically. Springtails won't survive any dry spells.

Listen, a curly hair is probably one of if not the best first t. If you try to take care of it youll be fine. I am pretty sure the only way to kill one is to drive a wooden stake through its heart
