Culturing Silpha americana?

I caught three carrion beetles today (this species: http://www.rlephoto.com/beetles01/Silpha_americana/0421_silpha_americana_wss_std.jpg) and was wondering what to do with them if I'd like to breed them for long-term enjoyment.

Two of them have been mating since their capture, and I put them all in a bottle with some soil and a scrap of chicken which they are devouring voraciously.
