I went to a tarantula event and got 5-6 cubaris murina papaya as check-in gift, initially I don't have a plan to breed or care for isopods but these tiny creatures really caught my attentions, especially with their role in bioactive environments. I plan to breed them with springtails for my future vivarium/terrarium project, but I only have 5-6 of them and I don't really know if it's possible, I did some research and knew that this species is really easy to breed, but nothing specific to my question.

So, with a group of 5-6 cubaris murina papaya, would they be able to reproduce?

As long as you have males and females in the group they can reproduce. It might be a good idea to add some fresh genetics in at some point for the health of the colony, as the smaller the founding group the greater the chances of magnifying genes you don't want.
