Yesterday we had a warm afternoon so I took advantage of that and decided to clean my atrox's cage and let it take a walk in the yard. How many of you all ever take a rattlesnake for a walk? LOL

It has grown much since I got it over 3 years ago. She was the size of a pencil when I first got her

A very photogenic snake

i used to let all my atrox, lepidus, purpureomaculatus, and others crawl around outside..even in the kids sandboxes on a summer day.
almost lost a pair of seven foot rear fanged dendrophila in my pot crop, during a photo shoot.;)

those were great times.:)

Just wondering, how tame is the snake? Does it see you as a threat and rattle when you are near it?

That little buzztail is lookin' good, Brian. Had any of the others out for a walk lately?
