I'm going to be housing crickets/roaches in enclosures until my spiders get hungry, can they live together or will they eat each other?

Considering dubias need higher humidity then crickets I would not do it. I've always found that moister kills crickets.

Tbh i think a cricket would prefer the food thats out for the roaches rather then a roach its self.

How long have you had them?
I've seen crickets cannibalizing when food was abundant. It seems they eat whatever passes their mouth.

This is something i have yet to witness. I have had crickets chew on pets but after i put food in for the crickets i had zero problems.

The crickets will chew on whatever they are standing on eggcrate/crickets/roaches or whatever but as long there is enough space for them spread out you should be fine. Crickets max lifespan is about 8weeks so unless you are going to clean the enclosure pretty regularly you will need some mealworms or dermestids in there to keep the dead crickets from stinkin up the place.
