My roach colony is getting too big to keep buying Cricket Quencher. Just curious about your economical solutions to watering a large number of roaches.
Any unique, highly effective solutions out there? Is there a standard one that I'm not aware of?

http://www.watercrystals.com/ this is where I get mine. There maybe a cheaper place but this was the cheapest I found in a quick search. Plus shipping was free.

I use maybe a gallon a month with water changes. Colonies include over 1000 B lats, unknown amount of B Dubia (a lot I know that), and small amount of Hissers maybe 50. I just started using the chick feeders to hold water not sure how sanitary that is going to be yet but there are some neat waters people have made.

I do not use any crystals or anything like them....its just a gimmick to get your money imo. I pour water directly on the colony every few days or once a week. Thats it.
