Cricket Nutricional value

does anyone know of a source or web page that has caloric values for crickets?

I know that the gut load will change each cricket's value, but I need standard values for protein, fat, fiber, mineral content. I'm doing a project for my animal nutrition course and I'd like to analyze one of my t's diet, fecal output, metabolized energy ect. But no one has ever done this in my class, and I can't find values for the food stuff. If anyone knows of nutrient break downs for any feeder iteams (crix, waxies, supers or meal worms) I would really appreciate it.
