Cricket escapees......Beware

Last night while in the basement, I noticed one of those centipede or millipede ( the super fast leggy things found in basements) creatures, eating one of my escaped medium crickets.

Hopefully, all escaped crickets make it to the basement.

My cat dumped my whole cricket container once when I was feeding my mantids. They went everywhere. I caught the ones I could but I know I didn't get them all.
I told my cat he better catch and eat all the escapees. And so he did.. :}

LOl thats great, you guys have your own little secret cricket eating armys!

i knew a guy who had a small chicken of some kind that he let run around his small pet shop. he said the chicken would eat any crickets or roaches that got loose. And i must admit i never saw anything loose in his shop other then the chicken!

My cats kill any crickets that get loose. They play with them ruff ans squish them lol.
