Cricket breeding

I have a scorpion and i want to breed crickets myself so that i dont have to go shopping always and also to make sure that my cricket is of quality to my scorpion..but then is breeding cricket difficult??what do they eat and what is the condition for their growth?How do you mate them?

Hello.

I don't know very much about this subject, so correct me if I'm wrong.

Crickets only live like four weeks from birth to death. And from what I've heard they eat almost anything.
I read somewhere a while ago that if you got a bunch of them (no idea how many you need, but alot) at high temperature in your enclosure, they will automaticly start breeding.

Not very much information, but it's what I know (and probably not even correct, but what the hell, no one else posted. So atleast it's something :p )

Might wantto look into roaches also.

I've been raising crickets. I don't think I would do it unless you have allot to feed. I started when I had allot of baby bugs and that worked out great. But I had many and the colony is still keeping up with feeding just fine. But one mouth to feed or even a few dozen....I don't know. It's good to learn how to do it though. So, well why not?
