Crested Gecko problem?

Well,

My crested gecko is still a juvie. I have had her since last summer. I handle her and everything. I stoped handling heavly because I got really busy. When I had time to relax and get caught up on things I handled her. For some strange reason I was handling her one day for like 10mins then all of a sudden she latched onto my thumb biteing as hard as she could. So I put her back into her enclosure for a while. I went to pick her up again and now all she wants to do is keep biteing. I tried again today, I only put a finger by her screen and she kept trying to bite me.

I heard that crested geckos can be like this. Is this normal?

Even though I did not handle as much she never did show this aggression.

What should I do? Can this be corrected?

On a side note I tried to research this before and they said its phase that she is going through.

Anyone that has any answers please feel free to post because I have never ran into this problem with any of my reptiles so far until now

it doesn't surprise me. my gargoyle bit me once but it hasn't done it again since. just be gentle and be glad it's not a tokay:} it'll come around

I wish mine would bite more often, its probably the cutest thing they do. Especially when they squack while they're doing it. Mine usually only bite as a feeding response, do you think it could be something related to that?

Im thinking that, so I went to crested gecko diet. So I made a deal with a friend that if I help her bearded dragon she will help stop sticky (a name I gave my crested lol) from attacking fingers . It does not hurt getting bit but its more of a shock because of the speed these little guys have lol, it is cute though
