crested gecko care needs?

i have been hereing many different things on this and some say that they do not need uv rays others say they do :wall: whats the deal with them i know how to care for them other then this fact any help?

A regular day night cycle is all they need nothing special past that. I have all my geckos in their own room. The room gets pretty bright during the day but does not have any direct sunlight. If I go in the room during the day you can't see a single gecko out. But at night the place is alive!
