Crab looking spider in Truckee, CA

Sorry about the awful pictures, my friend sent these to me and said she finds them in her shower of her house located in Truckee, California. The climate there gets very cold in the winter. Elevation is about 6,200 feet.

Hmm, doesn't look like a running crab spider, though it's tough to be sure if leg pair ll is longer then leg pair l due to the blurring.

I can tell you it is definitely a harmless spider either in the family Thomisidae or Philodromidae. Both families are crab spiders.
