Friday night, my P. irminia molted. His molt measured 2.5", so I am speculating a 3" DLS at this point.

Here's the molt......confirmed male. :(

Either Wednesday or Thursday my LP decided to molt as well. This thing is growing with a quickness!!!! I estimate 2.5" DLS, but the stupid hair-kicker showered me with itchy-loving-goodness, and went ape on the feeding tongs just trying to get a look.

As much as I'd like to have a big spider, I'm beyond done with this one. Anyone want to trade something non-hair-kicking (pref. arboreal) for a 2-3" unsexed LP? Gorgeous T, but the hairing has got to go!!!!!

Be sure to take some more pics of the irminia when she's ready. I can't get enough of those.

Thanks, and you bet I'm going to get more pics of my P. irminia!!!! Once he eats, there will be a new handling video. This time I'm going to be trying to handle all of my NW arboreals. I'm going to see exactly how mean my P. cambridgei really is, LOL. If not, 3 out of 4 ain't bad. :p

Nope, no pics yet, Jairi........been busy with the rehousing project.

As far as the LP thing goes.......yeah, I really dislike that son of a blankety-blank. No more terrestrials for me. I mean it this time!!!! Right after I get a RCF Rosie!!!! :p

I just posted up some pics in my photo thread. the project is going SLOW.....financial hang ups, and finding time to do the work. I've sunk over $350 into it so far, and it looks like I got another $200 to drop. That, and I'm doing it in my apartment......it would be a much different story if I had a shop, and all the proper equipment, LOL.

Well, if you reeeeally want to help, I should have all the materials in about two or three weeks, all the backdrops cured up, and the lids at least cut out. Then it's all about setting up the cages and transferring the spiders......a C. fasciatum, two Psalmos, a Pokie, a Brachy, and a S. cal in a pear tree!!!!

Count me in! I am an expert with a fishing net and Ts with attitude!

Oh heck, doing it in your apartment is no excuse! Haul in all the right, or somewhat substitutable, equipment and someone who might know what they are doing with it.. and call it good! :p
