Could I improve any thing husbandry wise for my new Peruvian pink toe?

image.jpg So I recently picked up this T at my local shop and I have an arboreal tarantula cribs enclosure and was wondering if I should keep it in the package I got it in it wait because I feel like the other enclosure I have would be better as it has more upward space

You really want a piece of wood to climb on, with the top areas surrounded by plants....keep the floor clear of clutter.

It's hard to tell from the pic, but is that one of those little house-shaped numbers from Tarantula Cribs, or is it just a cube? If it's the former, then by all means use it over the deli cup, & furnish it as described by Cold Blood.
My suggestion though, is that if it IS the house, lean the cork bark toward the back of the enclosure, & place the water dish immediately inside the opening, as it's huge, the magnets holding it on are strong, & the jostling of removing it can disturb the little T enough to send them darting . I'm generally not a fan of any brand of those acrylic enclosures, with those little houses being the only exception..

Post a picture or two when New Enclosure is all Set Up.
Have Fun

Click on my pink link

Yes tall via arboreal setup, not terrestrial.

And use a cork slice at a 45 degree angle is best, though you can use plastic plants hanging from the ceiling in an inverted setup.

Best I could do without going out and buying a plant, do you think it’ll grow roots? I made sure the soil is moist

Not bad to be honest, will probably web that whole top up. Try and find a deeper water dish too.

I dont know about that plant. Plants wont grow roots like that.

can you get access to fake plants? Like those they sell cheap in craft stores?

just plain plastic leaves. you wash em and thats all. Looks good forever. Easy to clean poop off.

theres a Michaels in San Diego. And you can get really cheap stuff with coupons over there. Less then 10$.
