It's just "pre-shed" Corns are great eaters and will often continue to eat even with an up and coming shed. Be patient :)

I've seen a snake do that too, almost looks like a mirror reflection moving behind the eye with dark colored eyes, but lighter ones you actually see eye movement, it's cool!

You can kinda tell a snakes emotional state by its eyes too. If they are really dialated that means their excited or worried over something. Obviously this needs to be taken in context as a snake with dialated eyes could mean that it is dark in the room.

I agree with what others have said. It's probably just in pre-shed. I've definitely had mine eat in pre-shed before. I know usually the cloudy eye phase only seems to last about 2 days or so, but I also don't pay that much attention so it's entirely possible it could go longer. I'd just make sure it has a sizeable full soaking bowl just in case it's a little on the dehydrated side and just wait and see.

If you have everything right with the temp and humidity then everything indicates it will happen soon enough, just be patient, observant but relax man:D

It has happened to me before, some take more time than others to shed so just be patient, but I'd raise the humidity up a bit and the temp too to induce it just keep an eye on it and let us know. I'm gonna grab something to eat and I'll log on later when I come home from the office but just slightly mist with warm water and keep us posted.

so it couldnt be an eye infection or anything like that
 Assuming you are keeping an underheating mat on one side or a heating lamp that's mantaining a 27-30C 80-85F temp, you have already slightly misted with warm water the tank to raise humidity a bit, you are already keeping a clean water bowl large enough for it to completely soak it's body to help it shed easily, you are providing it with a rough surface like a rock or a log for it to use, and it's eyes have already become clouded... my friend as soon as it's eyes become clear again it will then be ready to shed;) IME most snakes will just start refusing food when it's upcoming a shed but I've also had species that will eat a few days before so that's really nothing to worry about, although I opted not to offer food to my snakes or even dared try to handle any when their eyes started to cloud:embarrassed: to avoid any stress or nervousness. I advice you not to bother or stress it and just be patient, it will shed soon enough;) IMO you shouldn't worry about anything else but to be there when it starts its ecdysis process, and not miss it so you can take some cool pics and share it with us:D I use to love watching that colorful process:( grrrrr:evil:

Also be sure to checkup on your snake that there's no incomplete shedding at all;)

My best regards,
Ulrich

Just be careful *how* warm it is. You want to go for lukewarm, not what feels warm to you. Dunking a cold-blooded animal into what feels warm to a *warm*-blooded animal is likely to overheat or even burn the snake.
