Cool frog.

Just wanted to share a shot or two of a poison dart frog. These were shot at a local zoo here in NC. Lighting condition wasn't the best, iso was bumped to 1600 just to keep from underexposing and shooting through glass doesn't help. But, these are definitely the coolest frogs I've ever seen. Correct me on the ID if I'm wrong.

i used to breed dartfrogs heavy(200 adults at one time)these were my all time faves.dendrobates azureas.nice pics,great frog,easy to keep and breed.just got rid of my last pair a week ago.miss them allready,just sick of fruit flies

Rock! They are selling a similar sp in a store close to me, they are about 2 inches long but the blue and black kind of run together.

Send me some details on how you took those pictures. I was there at the same spot a few months back and my pictures came out terrible and I use a canon rebel xti.

Some nice pics by me! Funny I just got back into dart frogs. Very interesting if you have the focus for them. Azureus are stunning, as are most of the tincs'.
