WATCH FOR THE OX!
pede u can find in Kenting is the black head Sc.sub. mutilans, but the TW paper classified it as Sc.sub. subspinipes, quite neat species with last pair of legs striped

quite big bugger, 6-7" mostly

are they commonly found in/around cow dung? its mostly dried so would breaking it apart be a good way of finding them? thanks for the info! great pic!

well they are mostly found on trees or grounds after rain
unfortunately, sometimes they track down bugs which are attracted to the ox doung
