Ok so i want to see the biggest Brachy or Grammy anyone has! It could be a rosea, smithi or anything in these categories but it must be the BIGGEST.. I just want to see if anyone has seen one of these species over grow their natural growth!:D Sorry i had two roseas but they were not full grown. And it could help if they were compared to a cd or something just to really get the vibe of how big the spider really is!! thanks!

I think those r/c ones have a good 12" leg span.

So, it looks like you're in the lead so far, Clam!

However, here's my Acanthoscurria (I think...I got it at a pet-store...):

Someone with a full grown G aureostriata will win this hands down. Mine is probably like 7 inches, but she has some growth left in her still.

I'm pretty sure she could eat any Brachy you find for lunch and still have some room.

Yeah, the Grammastola aureostriata can get up to 8" no problem if you get a female. They are known has the "gentle giants" of the T trade. They are one of the easiest tarantulas to handle, and have a very laid back personality (traditionally) and get very huge. That's why they are so popular. And...no collection is complete without at least one! ;)
