I just finished my tank for my P. Ruber and plan to get a male for the little girl eventually but I am also interesting in getting 2 tree dumpy tree frogs as well. I don't think dumpy's are territorial nor would eat my rubers.

My question is do you think they will be alright together?? Also, what other tree frogs would go well??

The tank is half water hald land.. It is cool looking. Pics soon..

Thanks,
kris

Not a good idea, a large adult dumpy could easily eat your sallie. Not to mention that dumpy's like it a bit warmer then the salamander. Dumpy's also aren't great swimmers and could drown in deeper water.
I don't recommend any kind of species mixing but if you must mix, try to find small treefrogs that are native to the same area the sallie was caught in.
Be prepared for something bad to happen though, even docile species can stress/attack tankmates if forced to live together.

I used to have a communal enclosure with toads, a redback salamander and a large spotted salamander. There were no casualties but toads and frogs do tend to fly at anything smaller and moving.
