Been a while since i started a thread like this

i've got a ton of T's coming in the mail today, so i figured i'd share the good news. Once they get here, i'll take some nice pics and post them for sure.

0.0.2 Coremiocnemis valida, juvies (malaysian import)
2.2.0 Avicularia sp from peru (came in from a peruvian import, importer got them in with a lot of Avic. sp 'peru purple, but is still not sure of species.. he says they are very colorful, i got them for super low prices so i couldn't resist)
0.1.0 Avicularia 'metallica' female
1.0.0 Avicularia versicolor male (loan)
0.0.10 Tapinauchenius plumipes

it's really next week is what i'm stoked about: 2 balfouri and 1 P metallica coming :drool:

Nice order. I could use some Avic sp peru purple. My male, (out on loan), matured a while back.

Thanks Rochelle! the balfouri are coming in as slings, shouldn't be more than 1", i'm just happy to say that i finally got some of them lol

hey bob! yep, finally got another one, regret selling my first one.. turned out to be a nice healthy female at that :8o oh well, from what i hear there are plenty of metallica females around so i'm hopeful that this will be.

And even better news: from what i can see, i have a Male/Female pair of Coremiocnemis valida. the one that has very intense brown coloration has a small dark area near the furrow. the other one is slightly larger and has nice black/gray coloration, doesn't possess the dark patch near the furrow.

Avic 'metallica' female

Coremiocnemis valida (this is the one i believe to be female)

Avicularia sp... this girl has very vivid purples on her, no red setae on the abdomen. I'm not sure if this is a Peru purple.. the males are just like her, no red hair on the abdomen. the pics just can't capture the true iridescent purple, all that comes out is black color.. any suggestions as to how i can get the legs on this girl to lighten up in the photos?

2nd Avicularia sp .. female. not the same as the first girl. this one is a lot like my urticans girls... i think she is an urticans but knowing how avics can be, i'm not going to label her anything for now, or maybe ever. a pure stunner!

Oh and just for kicks, I mated my Avicularia urticans females about 2-3 weeks ago. now they are up to something, could be good news!
