this is a picture of my new horned frog called Barry, he had a pinkie yesterday.....look at his Belly

Go for a horned, Pixies looks very cool but horned frogs just look so nice he just sits there comtemplating his next little shuffle.....

I got his water bowl setup but so far he as not used it....is that normal....slightly worried

I agree. I think Pyxies are awesome but I would dread the amount of food you would ahve to pump into them.

Bazza has'bt used his water dish.....do they always sit in them? some website say they do...not worried just confused i am misting twice a day to keep it humid.......

Bazzas Cool, hes feeding well and quite a little tubber.

Hes having his pinkey tomorrow. and I will add more pictures

Hmmm, its quite odd he ate friday and over the weekend hes gone right off his food....thats normal right?? he does eat 2 crickets a day and one pinkey per week, hes just full i hope.

anyone else have this same problem???

Horned Frog Diet

Pinkies aren't the best food for them over the long haul. Insects and earthworms are better for them IMO.

However, it is fun to watch them eat a full grown mouse. :}

Hey guys I am going home for the weekend and I cant take Baz with me will it be cool if i feed him a pinkie tomorrow before I leave and ask a housemate to spray him twice a day will that be cool......and when i get back on monday morning feed him again
