Got a great deal on this one ($100)...had to grab her. Got her on Sunday (was a little skinny) and 3 fuzzies later, she's ready to go into a tank. I'll post more pictures later on, these are just from in her container...

She's appox. 6" legspan

well, mate, it actually looks too wet for a crawshayi...
Yeah the soil is freshly made (50% coconut fiber 20% peat moss 30% potting soil) so it's slightly damp, but it's not wet. The tank is well ventilated so it'll be fine. Not to mention that the camera makes the backrounds appear darker than the subject being shot when I use the flash

What is that green stuff? Is it a moss? If it stays damp crickets may breed there.

You may be interested in reading these articles regarding breeding and husbandry. I also just got one (it's still small, though) and found these very interesting.

Well I gave her 9+ inches of soil (in a 10gal) to fool around with, so she definitely will be putting those legs to use :D

Define great care. If I think what I think you mean, then no. Burrowers are probably the easiest of Ts to care for.

No I got her as a full grown adult...and like Spider-man 2 has said, burrowers are easy to take care of...just give em tons of dirt and they're happy. I've always liked this species but now that I have one I must say I really want to pick up a 2" crawshayi I saw and raise it...this species is just awesome :D
