Cicada fresh molt pics

Yeah! I've seen freshly molted cicadas before, and they are awesome looking! Their wings almost look like they've been soaking in antifreeze! Nice pics!

For some reason, i find their calls to be very cool, but then i also associate it with deadly hot temperatures, so it can be good or bad depending on whats going on.

I'm seeing plenty of them right now, their dog day cicadas.

But I really want to see periodical cicadas, the ones with the red eyes. NY was supposed to have a mass emergence of them last year, but I saw none.
