Spider(the black one) is 14.2 hands. I quit running her a couple years ago to breed her but she didn't catch. Don't know if we are going to try again. Our barn is full at the moment.
The chestnut/sorrel is Zippy. I raised since he was 5 months old. He is absolutely gorgeous but doesn't really have the mind for running barrels.

Which puts you around 5'4". My stable partner R had a great old time trying to come up with a barrel runner. Horse 1 would do 1 barrel and figure that was enough. Greased lightning but nope. I'm done. let's go play now. Horse 2, a standardbred wouldn't even look at barrels but get her out in the high desert sage she would dance around the brush so fast she'd work the cinch loose. Horse three was certain barrels were meant to be taken at a laconic trot. Then one day R tacked her up English, took her to the ring and she instantly started high stepping and wouldn't quit until she left the ring. The day I took the Belgian draft horse out and did a credible barrel run R gave up barrel races.
