I'm not even sure you're supposed to sell pets on ebay. Maybe live plants or feeder food, but this is the first time I've ever seen a pet on ebay. What are your opinions, is this for real? Not purchasing it, I mean. Just not into ground dwellers..

----------- EDIT

Nevermind, I just found two more ads from the same seller! I couldn't add links on the edit function..

It is against Ebay Rules. You may seller feeder insects, they must be listed as such in the ad. As far as shipping goes, they all must ship overnight. There are a few sellers that are pushing Ebay to change their policy on the overnight shipping.

There are some great prices on feeder insects, but when you get hit with the overnight shipping, forget it. They guy I buy crickets from on Ebay, thank god he has his own website and I can now order from that instead.

I can't imagine how many customers sellers have lost. We're not talking about a dog or cat here, we're talking roaches, crickets, mealworms, wax worms, fruit flies.......:?

You can report the seller. Ebay will review, remove, and warn the seller.
They can't monitor the 1,000's of auctions running, so they actually depend on Ebay members to report them.

Yeah, I know they can't monitor them all, I was just surprised someone would try it. Hopefully they just didn't know.

I almost gave a half thought to getting the avic. {D
