Could be Hyalophora gloveri or Hyalophora euryalus, assuming somebody didn't hatch out a (eastern US species) H. cecropia and release it. Photos on bugguide might help to nail it down.
Too bad non-native moths are illegal. I would love to get some Cecropia and luna moth cocoons.
Oregon is amazing. They have just so many bugs. Saw this one family on Animal Planet living in a house surrounded by trees and shade so they got thousands of spiders in the house. They bug bombed it and made things worse because it made room and got rid of spiders that preyed on hobo spiders. The wife was bitten by one but lived.
