hello!
this foto serie takes two hours, then i didn't want to distrub the female any more, today i will show you the whole brood and count them
it was very impresive to see this yesterday. i watched the whole 2 hours

3: pedipalp tibia dorsally with two large spines ( II+III), I spine is half of length
2: anterior view of the pedipalp tarsi (right): charon grayi just have 2 large spines, and 2 smaller ones, which the right one is curved and the left one has a "hook", the row of setae proximal to the cleaning organ is also visible.
1: right femur and half of the trochanter

i have no adult male at the moment, just 2 adult females and some subadults with about 1cm body length. i will keep them growing

you say 1cm body lenght for subadults. can you tell me the lenght of the adult female? in fact, I have bought 3 specimens 2 weeks ago and I would know if they are matures.

you know what the babies hatching out of the membrane kind of reminds me of? have you seen the Matrix? in the first one, remember when the agents put the tracking device inside of Neo's bellybutton? that tracking device, when they first activate it, is VERY reminiscent of the grayi birthing!

hello, my females have a total lenght up to 22,00mm. but i think they can be matured at 2cm and with 2,6cm also... it is not easy at whip spiders to sex them and say when they are matured
