I had two White's tree frogs living in a tank with a chameleon. There never seemed to be any conflict. But you would have to make sure the frogs are too big for the cham to eat. And you would have to make sure that they are all getting enough food. Tree frogs are much faster at feeding time, while chams are a little slow and picky.
Although I've done it in the past with success, I would not recommend it, it would be easier to house them separately, probably causes them less stress too, due to their different lighting, temperature and humidity needs.
I used to breed and raise Calyptratus or Veiled Chameleons, as today I only have one veiled his name is "Rommel"
needs losts of water drops, ventilation, do not use fish tanks, put a plant like phicus benjamina but the most important, keep your enclosure dry.
