Here are the Chaco slings at day 45 should molt into the sling looking stage pretty soon at which point they will be separated. Hard to imagine these dinky little things reaching the size they will someday hit. Great species one of the best IMO.

A wonderful beginner species, and IMO, an overlooked species as well..

Well as cool as living in a paper towel may be they will have to give it up for a life on peat soon as that's only while in the incubator. :) And yeah I saw your pic not a bad looking specimen ya have there. I love them great size great temper and colorful as well.

My Chaco is 1/2" and is Pink and Blazk when you take the lid off he/she will stick there buts in the air like they are fixing to flick hairs. Will that temperement change to sweet and doctile ??

I've never heard of a Chaco kicking hairs. Mine is about 6" and she is very doscile, I haven't heard of one yet that isn't. The most mine does when I try to coax her out is back away from my hand and tuck herself in a corner.

No I didn't cool her and it took roughly 7 months or so. I'll check my notes and give an accurate answer but that's pretty close. Truthfully though she was mated over several months so a true definitive when it took kind of answer isn't really available. I can however tell you once I look when she was 1st mated and the last time he got her before he died.
