It's normally easier to find information about an invert with its scientific name, by the way, since common names may not be commonplace or standardized. So if you were looking up "centurion roach," that's probably why you didn't get any hits.
They're really easy to keep, I keep mine pretty much the same way as my G. caffrorum and G. lurida, so if you know the care for those you've basically got G. centurio figured out.
