Nope. You have a B. constrictor-- a common boa, or otherwise called a red-tailed boa.

Red tailed boa are known as Boa Constrictor Constrictor (BCC) A common boa is Boa Constrictor Imperator (BCI). Then there are the locals.

To be more clear, generally speaking all the boas that resemble what's in the OPs pic are called red-tailed, including BCC and BCI (Hog Island and other insular species so far are taxonomically BCI, but no one calls a Hog a red tail, esp w/the saddles being orange ;)
TRUE Red Tails are BCC. They are easily spotted w/their red saddles along with their typically much lighter background often appearing white sorta in pictures.
