We found this little thing under my snapping turtles pond. It's around 2 inches, give or take, with pretty orange/red/brown colouration. We live in South Eastern PA. We think it's a Soil Pede, but want to make sure.

I caught a 1" Centipede in my basement, I have it enclosed in a pickle jar with lots of airholes, and I feed it crickets and such (just like the big ones)... Anywho, How large does an average "house-centipede" grow?

Thanks Steven. {D

That's what I thought. Tiny little thing that won't sit still. I think (from what I've read) it's full grown..but I guess I'll find out once it starts eating.
