cave roaches Ok for mature leapord gecko?

the roaches are 2-3 inches large, most are mature. Would these be ok for the gecko? Would it be able to take on such a large prey?

I assume you mean Blaberus fusca, if that's the case, then I think it would still be too big. Something around the size of B. discoidalis would probably work better for you.
