Rusty Tussock moth. I have a few of these hatching from pupae right now! Cute little floofs. The Rusty Tussock caterpillar has a mainly black and red body, while the White Lined Tussock caterpillar has a mainly white/yellow body.
The adult females have no wings, they send out pheromones and the males which have wings come and find them to mate. Really cool little guys!
