WARNING The following links are pictures of a dead cat found on a road, don't look it that idea bothers you. I was trying to figure out what kind of cat it is. After looking around, my only guess is that it's a domestic cat mixed with a bobcat. Any other ideas?

mystery solved, deleted dead cat pics

Just a domestic, no bobcat in that at all. Bobcats are called bobcats because they have bob-tails. No cheek tufts either. Welcome to creepy, you'll get used to the smell.

Dead housecat.
Now let's:
1. Skin it , there is more than one way.
2. Tan the hide.
3. Get some dermesteds.
4. Do a full skeletal articulation.

You don't want to look like just some weirdo picking up dead cats.:D

HA! OK. It was the pattern and the tail was a liiiiittle shorter(8-9") than what I'm used to seeing, it made me think it was poss a mix. It's was a cool looking cat with an "@" on both sides, too bad. Time to get rid of the pics and evidence:eek:!
