Yes, that's right...they deemed HSUS more worthy a recipient of this money than local shelters who actually DO shelter and adopt out animals! So, that means 10 grand more for a company that already takes in over 200 million dollars per year, and spends less than a penny on the dollar actually providing hands-on care for animals in shelters. Ten grand MORE to take away OUR animals, and OUR rights, to control what we eat, and what we wear and ultimately, our access to medical care and procedures that are intended to improve and save lives.
