I have a boatload of the 'cricket chow' powder type stuff for dubia roaches. Is it ok to give to the crickets also? I usually give them ground up dog food but I have so much of this stuff it would be nice to use for both. Thanks all.

Yes. Its not the best for the roaches. Assuming you are feeding the roaches to tarantulas, look at the calcium content. If its 30% or higher dont feed it.

Ahhh, the calcium myth again...I don't know who started this but its never been proven that calcium is bad for ts..

Really? I never wanted to test it lol. I went with it just in case I accidentally killed my tarantula...

I haven't seen any convinceing evidence and the subject has been brought up on the forums a few times..the consensus is that its not true...
I feed my ts house geckos once in a while and have never had any problems...

considering that you said it was "cricket chow", then yes I assume that it would be okay to feed to crickets. also ive heard its best to feed dubias fruit and veggies and I assume that would be okay to feed to crickets as well. athough, you probably shouldn't take my word as gospel though, because I have never owned a colony of dubias since they are illegal to ship to florida. I am getting a starter colony from a friend though next week... lol got them roach connections;p

Oops, I meant it was 'roach chow' not cricket chow. I do supplement my roaches with some fruit and veggies now and then. Interesting about the calcium content. Will have to look into that.

That's a proven fact. Calcium fed to T feeders causes a tarantula's eyes to cross, they develops mange, their knees turn outwards, their bristles get split ends, the males morph into sterile females, their spinnerets churn out cotton candy floss instead of silk, their abdomens develop worts, and I know my Ts always develop milk cravings.
Frankly, the last time I fed calcium to my T feeders, I started receiving phishing emails and my favorite coffee mug broke. Coincidence? I think not.
I wouldn't chance the calcium.

Not only are they illegal to ship there, they are just as illegal to own, period. I would be far less cavalier about breaking the law on a public forum that many various animal control agencies have monitored over the years, if I were you. Or maybe that's your thing, I dunno.
