Can food affect leg regeneration

I've been wondering if the amount of food a spider can get can affect the spider when regenerating a leg. Like if a spider eats a lot the leg can regenerate better and be at the same length of the other legs.

No food in spiders will not allow them to generate to generate it anymore efficiently from everything I have seen and at least in Theraphosidae take multiple molts. Some Crabs on the other hand can begin regeneration before a molt and fully regenerate a lost leg in one just molt. Little tidbit

Type of food doesn't affect much, amount of food (IME) can though. A healthy spider with lots of internal fluids can stretch a regenerated leg more than a skinny one can
