I do not live in a tropical area. The humidity in my region is very dry and we have cold winters and moderate to hot summers. I'm concerned because on roach crossing this species is listed as not being picky when it comes to humidity. I currently keep hissing cockroaches but I know that they cannot infest due to their humidity requirements. Would this species of roach be able to Infest my home if it escapes?

They need warm & humid year round, so dry and cold would prevent them from thriving.

No, they cannot infest houses (unless you live in a greenhouse in Florida).
Take that note on Roach Crossing with a bit of salt, as while adults and large juveniles can survive dryness for a short period of time, they need elevated soil moisture and humidity to breed and survive over the long-term.
