Can anyone identify?

This little baby (im assuming based on lack of color and small size, and comparing w my tarantulas), was about to be killed and I can’t release him as weather conditions would kill it so can anyone guess what it is and what setup I should do until I can release it in proper area? I tried to get many angles.
